VideoCutter is a tool for producing videoclips in MP4 format from existing videotracks.

1: Click on "App".
2: Click on "Setup recording".
3: Choose "Entire screen,window or Chrome Tab".
4: Choose to share audio.
5: Click Share.
6: Next you will see the message "Start recording".
7: Click on "Start". to start recording.

8: Click "pause" to pause the recording and click start to resume the recording.

9: Click "Stop" to save the recording.
